REFUND AND DISPUTE POLICY

Donations
All donations to Migraine Outreach are voluntary and generally non-refundable, as they are used immediately to fund our programmes and operations. However, if a donation was made in error - such as a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount - please contact us within 14 days at info@migraineoutreach.org with your name, donation amount, date of transaction, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and, where valid, process a refund within 7 to 10 business days.
Disputes
If you believe an unauthorised transaction was made using your payment details on our platform, please contact us immediately at info@migraineoutreach.org and also notify your bank or card issuer. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
